			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Fashion companies have long been into gauging and even creating consumer trends so it comes as no surprise that they would be embracing the tech side of things once it hit critical mass, but new companies are now starting to crop up that critics believe will change the fashion industry just as strongly as the way that peer to peer file sharing changed the way the music industry does business. What this new line of companies seeks to do is leverage the power of social networking to help designers decide what their next clothing operations should be. The consumers will be able to add their own input and actually have a say in what things are going to be popular each season. This massive shift in the way that designers do business stands to bring with it a lot of positive side effects that will go a long way towards creating a whole new type of fashion the world has not yet seen in terms of amazing value and this is being hailed as a real revolution for designers who have traditionally been the leaders rather than seeing themselves in a service oriented position that directly answers consumer&#8217;s needs.</p>
<p>Crowd sourcing is the technical term for this particular business model and using it, designers are allowing the consumers to actually buy stock in their design lines as a way to fund their imaginations and help it really change the way that styles get defined. The idea is to create a way for consumers to share their mass vision and get products that answer their own desires in a much faster fashion.</p>
